Terms & Conditions
    1. Size of shop： 30sq (Ping) or 1,067sq (foot)
      (Prefer corner shop or store front width of at least 6meters)
    2. Average profit margin： 65%
    3. Investment recover time：from 6 months to15months
    4. Validity of Contract： 3yrs (Franchise fee waived on the renewal of 2nd 3yrs contract upon fulfillment of 1st 3yrs contract )
    5. Trainings：10-15 working days  with 4-6 trainees
      ( Including on-site training in current operating shops and detailed training in Head quarter )
